Digitized Volunteer Clearance Process Through Volunteer Matters

We are a Praesidium Accredited Association.

Please go through the fully digitized volunteer signup process according to the steps below to become a volunteer coach/instructor/monitor.

Coaches/Volunteers

1. Find your volunteer opportunity HERE
2. Find the project that applies to you (Soccer, Basketball, Firecracker 5K, etc...) and click on "Learn More"
3. Click on the blue "Volunteer" button that best describes the position you would like to volunteer for
4. Click "Register Now" to set up your account or log in (if you are a returning coach/volunteer)
5. Complete all credentials necessary for your volunteer position

You can track the status of your credentials by going to your "My Profile" page and scrolling down to the "My Credentials" box. The medal icons will turn green when completed successfully.

In 2025, over 200 volunteers donated over 10,000 hours of time in service at the Y. The service is valued at $379,072.

A volunteer application may be required for certain work.
